Single Occupancy: £96.00-£128.00.
Room Only Rates 10% discount applied at time of booking. Contact Grainbank Mews direct via e-mail/ telephone at time of booking to request this.
Included in the bed and breakfast rate is a continental breakfast. A full cooked Scottish Breakfast can be added on at the time of your stay if you wish for an additional £15pppn (ordered the night before).
Rates vary from Spring to Winter, please check availability for prices for specific dates.
Any special requests such as a travel cot, can be noted at time of booking or via e-mail/ telephone call.
We are VAT registered and all rates include 20% VAT. Receipts provided on request.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Reservations will only be confirmed on receipt of a valid payment card. No funds will be taken at this time; however, in the event of cancellation within 7 days prior to the booking, payment will be taken equivalent to the first night’s accommodation. Where a ’No Show’ situation occurs, the full cost of the reservation will be charged.
All major debit/credit cards accepted. Cash also accepted if preferred. 3% Surcharge for all business credit/prepaid cards.
Check in time is from 3pm on day of arrival. All rooms must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
Please note that, under Scottish law, reservations are legally binding.
PLEASE NOTE: We strongly advise our guests to take out travel insurance against unforeseen cancellation – in particular adverse weather can seriously disrupt ferry and flight schedules to and from Orkney as well as our inter Isles services.
Grainbank Mews and grounds are strictly a non-smoking establishment, in line with legislation and for the comfort of our guests. Guests failing to adhere to this condition may incur a cleaning fee of £150.00.
In the event of any damage or loss to the contents of the room, including any stains to any of the soft furnishings and carpets, we reserve the right to charge the payment card used to book your reservation with either the full cost of repairing/cleaning such item(s) or, if this is not possible, the replacement cost with new.
If room keys are lost/ not returned on departure, a fee of £20 will be charged.
Luggage can be left securely.
